Isn’t this guy giving Lightning McQueen vibes? Oliver Bearman somehow reminds me of a humanized version of Lightning. Maybe not completely his look, but his appearance and this innocent, adorable gaze. (At least in his rookie years. And he also could look more like Charles Leclerc, but blonde of course)

And Doc Hudson is like Oliver’s father. Loving his kid and hugging him after races, no matter if Lightning won or not. He says then: “That’s my boy.” And: “You got a lot of stuff, kid.”

Doc also is on edge during the races. Trying to teach and lead his kid, but it’s stressing him out because Lightning isn’t always listening and does his own thing in between.
